"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Finally joined! Ive heard of this site before and I finally got Fireworks MX 2004 and I am very good on it so i joined, just to show off. I don't really do art usually, I am mainly a programmer (HTML and, i expertise in Action Script for flash) so art doesn't come into it much, but I ahve always been able to draw quite well and i am excellent at Fireworks... well you'll see what i can do soon enough i guess o_O
